There are many good reasons to choose “Strata Living”.

By electing an officiant and dedicated Executive Owners Committee that is committed to and is also mindful of listening to all the owners and their comments, a higher level of community spirit, good transparency and excellence in Strata Living can happen.
Many of our decisions made now, impact on our futures, our lives, and our children of tomorrow, our elderly, and our disabled. With consideration, and working together, we can enjoy many years of harmonious living and life experiences together now and in the years to come. So keep that sinking fund established with the 10 year plan, pay your levies on time, so you can vote at your meetings.
